1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Contact form and email data: name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Data needed to provide our services: data for issuing invoices and data we access during IT support, strictly to the extent needed to resolve your request.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of visit, logged by our hosting provider for security and operation of the site.
• Usage data: only if you consent, via Google Analytics.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your inquiry and preparing a quote – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Providing IT services and issuing invoices – performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
• Security and operation of the website – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visitor analytics – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site works without tracking cookies. In your browser we only store your choice in the cookie banner and your theme preference (local storage). Google Analytics is loaded only after you click “Accept”, and it sets cookies used for anonymised visitor statistics. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Recipients of data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use the following service providers (processors):

• Google Ireland Ltd. – website hosting (Firebase Hosting) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
• Web3Forms – forwarding contact form messages to our email.
• Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha) – protecting the contact form from automated messages (spam). It loads only on the page with the form and processes technical data about your browser and device.
• The email provider through which we receive and send messages.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is done with appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Remote support

We connect to your computer only at your request and with your explicit approval (for example via AnyDesk). During the session you see everything we do and can end the connection at any time. We do not copy or store your data unless it is part of the agreed service (for example a backup).

7. Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to communicate with you and prepare a quote, and for no longer than two years after the last contact. Invoices and related records are kept for the periods required by Croatian tax and accounting law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Send your request to info@perfectlightit.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change.
