Questions
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what clients most often ask us about this service.
Can you recover data from a physically damaged drive?
No – we only do software recovery. If the drive makes unusual noises or the computer does not detect it, stop using it and contact a specialised data recovery lab.
How often should I back up?
For businesses we recommend daily automatic backups, and for home users at least weekly. It is best to set it up once and forget about it.
Is a free antivirus enough?
For most home users the built-in Microsoft Defender with the right settings and some caution is enough. For businesses we recommend centrally managed protection.
