Do you come to my part of Zagreb?

Yes. We come on site to every district of Zagreb – from Dubrava, Peščenica, Maksimir and Sesvete to the city centre, Trešnjevka, Novi Zagreb and Podsused – and to the surrounding towns: Velika Gorica, Dugo Selo, Zaprešić, Samobor and Sveta Nedelja.

How quickly can you come?

We reply the same business day and book the first available slot. Eastern Zagreb is quickest to reach, as we are in Trnava, by City Center one East. Emergency call-outs by arrangement.

Where exactly are you?

At Podrvanjski put 8 in Trnava (Donja Dubrava district), less than a kilometre north of the City Center one East shopping centre.

Do you speak English on site?

Yes. We work with expats and international teams in Zagreb – quotes, support and on-site visits are all available in English.

What if you are not nearby?

Most software problems are solved remotely via AnyDesk, across Croatia and abroad – faster and cheaper than a visit. Websites, servers and business email do not depend on location anyway.
