How long does an installation take?
Usually 1–2 hours, depending on the computer’s speed, the amount of data and how many programs need to be installed.
Will I lose my data?
No, if you choose the installation with backup. We back up all important data before wiping the disk and restore it after the installation.
Do I need to buy a Windows licence?
If the computer already had Windows activated, the licence usually reactivates automatically. If you do not have one, we will advise you how to buy a suitable licence legally.
Do you work on Macs too?
Yes – software installation, optimisation, security checks and software support on macOS as well.
